Who is Katie Roche?
Eleven11 Owner
Katie Roche, founder of Eleven11 Laser + Skincare, has dedicated more than two decades to helping clients achieve their healthiest, most radiant skin. With experience across Colorado, California, and Australia, she brings a global perspective and extensive training to every treatment.
Katie is a licensed aesthetician and master laser technician, holding advanced certifications in chemical peels, acne care, microneedling, Diamond Glow infusions, IPL, and RF resurfacing. She is also certified in IS Clinical Cancer Care, a specialization close to her heart. Since opening Eleven11 in 2018, Katie has remained passionate about combining the latest innovations with personalized care, ensuring every client feels educated, supported, and empowered on their skincare journey.
Outside the studio, Katie enjoys cheering for the Broncos, exploring Denver’s food and music scene, traveling, and spoiling her rescue pup, Sis.

Emily Nicholson
Emily Nicholson, BSN, RN is a highly trained medical aesthetic provider with a decade of experience in healthcare. Her medical career began in Emergency Medical Services in Philadelphia while earning her first Bachelor of Science degree, shaping a foundation rooted in clinical excellence, precision, and calm decision-making. She later returned home to Denver, where she was born and raised, to pursue a second degree in nursing.
Emily quickly distinguished herself as a critical care Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, where mastery of anatomy, patient assessment, and high-stakes clinical judgment became second nature. While practicing in critical care, she cultivated an aesthetic philosophy that blends advanced medical training with subtle, artful refinement.
She has completed advanced injectable training through the Allergan Medical Institute under some of the nation’s most respected injectors. Emily specializes in full facial balancing using the MD Codes methodology, an evidence-based, non-surgical framework designed to restore facial harmony through strategic structural support. Her approach prioritizes anatomical integrity, predictable outcomes, and minimized treatment discomfort, resulting in natural, elegant enhancements. Emily is also trained in advanced energy devices including IPL, Radiofrequency, laser hair removal, and more making her a comprehensive corrective and preventative provider.
Emily understands that choosing an injector is an act of trust. She is dedicated to creating highly individualized treatment plans rooted in medical excellence, aesthetic harmony, and uncompromising patient safety, producing results that feel refined, confident, and authentically you.

Kristina Stone
Kristina is a licensed aesthetician and certified acne and laser specialist with nearly a decade of experience delivering real, results-driven skin transformations. After facing her own battle with cystic acne and PCOS, she stopped chasing quick fixes and became obsessed with treating skin at the root.
She specializes in advanced acne correction and corrective treatments that go beyond the surface. Her approach is strategic, customized, and unapologetically results-focused, combining clinical treatments with lifestyle and skin education to create lasting change.
Clear skin is the goal, but confidence is the outcome.
Melissa Franco
Melissa combines advanced expertise with a genuine passion for glowing, healthy skin. As a licensed aesthetician, she holds advanced certifications in laser treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and microneedling — so you can feel confident you’re always in expert hands.
Obsessed with all things anti-aging and a certified acne specialist, Melissa loves creating personalized treatment plans that deliver real, visible results. She’s passionate about blending the latest skincare innovations with thoughtful, customized care, ensuring every patient feels supported, confident, and empowered throughout their journey. Her ultimate goal? Helping you feel refreshed, radiant, and confident every time you walk out the door.
When she’s not in the treatment room, you can find Melissa exploring Denver’s food and music scene, traveling, or spending time with her three pups who keep life extra fun.
